As 2013 draws to a close it is a time to look back at the year that has passed in reflection and to make wishes for the future. I always like to end the year with a Theatrical Celebration of Achievement and Success in the Canadian Theatre here on TWISI and so, once again, I offer you the TWISI AWARD WINNERS.
I have gone through all the reviews and theatre notes that I have written from the last twelve months and have come up with this list of those whose work this year has shown exceptional creativity, artistry, joyfulness and proficiency in the Canadian theatre works that I have seen. Each winner receives exclusive TWISI Award Winner bragging rights, a swanky gold star badge for their Facebook page and all my gratitude for continuing to remind me how magical and special the theatre can be and how lucky I am to get to live in the world of play in this country.
